A convenient option for users who already communicate with Friends Japan on LINE. You can send your request directly and include the details we need to identify your records.
Submit a Support Request
Use our support form if you prefer to send a structured request. This is also useful if you would like to ask for data correction, data access, or restricted processing in addition to deletion.
Please Include the Following Information
To help us verify your identity and locate the correct records, please include as much of the following information as possible.

Your full name and the email address or LINE account you used when contacting Friends Japan or using our services.

Processing Time
